Bigin by Zoho CRM

With Bigin by Zoho CRM modules in Ibexa Connect, you can watch, create, update, retrieve, list, and delete:

• companies

• contacts

• deals

• calls

• events

• tasks

• users

To get started with Bigin by Zoho CRM, create an account at bigin.com.

Connect Bigin by Zoho CRM to Ibexa Connect

To connect Bigin by Zoho CRM app, you need to obtain the credentials of your Bigin by Zoho CRM account and insert them in the Bigin by Zoho CRM module scenario.

1. Log in to your Bigin by Zoho CRM account.

2. Log in to your Ibexa Connect account, insert a Bigin by Zoho CRM module scenario, and click the Add button next to the Connection field.

   

3. In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

4. In the Choose Your Location field, select your location and click Save.

5. Click Accept to allow Ibexa Connect to access data in your Zoho account.

   

You have successfully established the connection. You can now begin editing your scenario and adding more Bigin by Zoho CRM modules. If your connection needs reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

Create your own app and client credentials

To create your own app:

1. Log in to your Zoho Developer account.

2. Click ADD CLIENT and choose a client type.

   

3. Enter the app detail as described below and click CREATE.

   

   Client Name	Enter the application name you want to register with Zoho.
   Homepage URL	Enter the homepage URL, for example, https://www.make.com/en.
   Authorized Redirect URIs	Add the redirect URI, https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/app

4. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret to a safe place.

   

You have successfully retrieved the client credentials.

Companies

You can watch, create, update, retrieve, list, and delete companies using the following modules.

Watch Companies

Triggers when a new company has been created.

Limit	Set the maximum number of companies Ibexa Connect will return during one execution cycle. The default value is 10.

List Companies

Retrieves a list of all companies.

Limit	Set the maximum number of companies Ibexa Connect will return during one execution cycle. The default value is 10.

Get a Company

Retrieves a company.

Company ID	Select or map the Company ID whose details you want to retrieve.

Create a Company

Creates a new company.

Update a Company

Updates a company.

Company ID	Select or map the Company ID whose details you want to update.

Delete a Company

Deletes a company.

Contacts

You can watch, create, update, retrieve, list, and delete contacts using the following modules.

You can watch, create, update, retrieve, list, and delete users using the following modules.

Watch Users

User ID	Select or map the User ID whose details you want to retrieve.

Creates a new user.

Deletes a user.

Other

You can call APIs using the following module.

Make an API Call

Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.

Note

For the list of available endpoints, refer to the Bigin by Zoho CRM API documentation.

URL	Enter a path relative to https://www.zohoapis.in/bigin. For example, /v1/Contacts.
Method	GET to retrieve information for an entry. POST to create a new entry. PUT to update/replace an existing entry. PATCH to make a partial entry update. DELETE to delete an entry.
Headers	Enter the desired request headers. You don't have to add authorization headers; we already did that for you.
Query String	Enter the request query string.
Body	Enter the body content for your API call.

Example of use - List Contacts

The following API call returns all contacts from your account.

URL: /v1/Contacts
