SurveyMonkey

The SurveyMonkey modules allow you to watch, create, get, and/or search surveys, response, and collector in your SurveyMonkey account.

Prerequisites

  • A SurveyMonkey account

In order to use SurveyMonkey with Ibexa Connect, it is necessary to have a SurveyMonkey account. If you do not have one, you can create a SurveyMonkey account at https://www.surveymonkey.com/user/sign-up/.

Note

The module dialog fields that are displayed in bold (in the Ibexa Connect scenario, not in this documentation article) are mandatory!

Connecting SurveyMonkey to Ibexa Connect

1. Go to Ibexa Connect and open the SurveyMonkey module's Create a connection dialog.

2. Enter the Connection name and click Continue.

3. Confirm the dialog by clicking AUTHORIZE.

The connection has been established.

Triggers

New Response Event

Triggers when a new response event occurs.

Required Permissions: webhooks_write, surveys_read

Webhook Name

Enter a webhook name for the new response event.

Event type

Select the event type you want to watch:

  • A survey response is completed

  • A survey response is disqualified

  • A respondent begins a survey

  • A survey response is updated

  • A response is deleted

  • A response is over a survey's quota

Surveys

Select the surveys whose events you want to watch.

Actions

Get a Collector

Gets the specific collector information.

Required Permissions: collectors_read
Collector ID Enter the Collector ID whose details you want to retrieve.

Get a Survey

Gets specific survey information.

Required Permissions: surveys_read
Survey ID Enter the Survey ID whose details you want to retrieve.

Get a Response

Gets the specific response information. Paid survey monkey account is required (Advantage or higher).

Required Permissions: responses_read, responses_read_detail, surveys_read
Response ID Enter the Response ID whose details you want to retrieve.

Get My Info

Returns the current user's account details including their plan.

Required Permissions: users_read

Searches

Search for a Collector

Returns a list of collectors.

Required Permissions: surveys_read, collectors_read
Survey Select the survey whose collectors you want to list.
Name Enter the name of the collector you want to list.
Maximum number of returned collectors The maximum number of collectors Ibexa Connect should return during the execution of one cycle.

Search for a Response

Returns a list of the response.

Required Permissions: surveys_read, collectors_read, responses_read

Search responses for

Select whose responses you want to list:

  • Collector

  • Survey

Survey

Select the survey whose responses you want to list.

Collector

Select the collector whose response you want to list.

Maximum number of returned responses

The maximum number of responses Ibexa Connect should return during the execution of one cycle.

Search a Survey

Returns a list of surveys.

Required Permissions: surveys_read
Title Enter the survey name you want to list.
Maximum number of returned surveys The maximum number of surveys Ibexa Connect should return during the execution of one cycle.
