LinkedIn Ads Campaign Management

With LinkedIn Ads Campaign Management modules in Ibexa Connect, you can manage all your accounts, campaigns, and creatives in your LinkedIn account.

To get started with LinkedIn Ads Campaign Management, create an account at linkedin.com.

Connecting LinkedIn Ads Campaign Management to Ibexa Connect

  1. Log in to your LinkedIn account.

  2. Go to your Ibexa Connect scenario and select the LinkedIn Ads Campaign Management module you want to use.

  3. Under Connection, click Add.

  4. Give your new connection a name.

  5. Click Save.

You have successfully established the connection.

Ad Account

Search for Ad Accounts

Retrieves a list of ad accounts filtered by criteria.

Status

Select the status of the accounts.

  • Active

  • Canceled

  • Draft

Type

Select type of accounts.

  • Business

  • Enterprise

Reference

Add a reference to to the search. Must either be in the format urn:li:person:{id} or urn:li:organization:{id}.

Name

Add an account name to the search.

Ad Account

Add an ad account ID to the search.

Test

Search for test accounts, return both test and non-test accounts if not specified.

Limit

Enter the maximum number of ad accounts Ibexa Connect returns during one scenario execution cycle.

List Ad Account Users

Retrieves a list of ad account users by their ad account.

Ad Accounts Enter or select the ID of the ad accounts you want to list users from.
Limit Enter the maximum number of ad accounts Ibexa Connect returns during one scenario execution cycle.

Get an Ad Account

Retrieves the details of an ad account by its ID.

Ad Account ID Enter or select the ID of the ad account you want to retrieve.

Get an Ad Account User

Retrieves the details of an ad account user by their ID.

Ad Account URN Enter or select the ID of the ad account you want to retrieve a user from.
Ad Account User URN Enter or select the ID of the user you want to retrieve.

Campaign

Search for Campaign Groups

Retrieves a list of campaign groups filtered by criteria.

Status

Select the status of the campaign groups.

  • Active

  • Canceled

  • Draft

Name

Add a campaign group name to the search.

Ad Account

Add an ad account ID to the search.

Campaign Group

Add a campaign group ID to the search.

Test

Search for test campaign groups, return both test and non-test campaign groups if not specified.

Update a Campaign

Updates an existing campaign by its ID.

Select the campaign status.

Daily Budget

Amount

Enter the maximum amount to spend per day UTC.

Currency Code

Enter the currency code. For example, USD.

Total Budget

Amount

Enter the maximum amount to spend over the life of the campaign.

Currency Code

Name

Enter the name of the campaign; primarily used to make it easier to reference a campaign and to recall its purpose.

Type

Enter the campaign type.

  • Text Ad

  • Sponsored Updates

  • Sponsored InMails

  • Dynamic

Associated Entity URN

Enter the associated entity URN. An URN identifying the intended beneficiary of the advertising campaign such as a specific company or member. For example, urn:li:person:{id} or urn:li:organization:{id}.

Audience Expansion Enabled

Select whether or not to enable audience expansion. Enable audience expansion for the campaign provides query expansion for certain targeting criteria.

Campaign Group URN

Enter the campaign group URN. For example, urn:li:sponsoredCampaignGroup:{id}.

Cost Type

Select the cost type.

  • Cost Per Impression

  • Cost Per Click

  • Cost Per Video View

Creative Selection

Select the creatives.

  • Round Robin - Rotate through available creatives to serve them as evenly as possible.

  • Optimized - Bias selection taking into account such as expected performance.

Locale

Country

Enter the country code. For example, US.

Language

Enter the language code. For example, en.

Objective Type

Select the objective type.

  • Brand Awareness

  • Engagement

  • Jab Applicants

  • Lead Generation

  • Website Conversions

  • Website Visits

  • Video Views

Run Schedule

Scheduled date range to run associated creatives.

Start

Enter the start date. See the list of supported date examples.

End

Enter the end date. See the list of supported date examples.

Unit Cost

Amount

This value is used as one of the following: amount to bid (for manual bidding), amount which is the target cost (for target cost bidding) per click, impression, or other event depending on the pricing model, or cost cap (for cost cap bidding).

Currency Code

Enter the currency code. For example, USD.

Optimization Target Type

Select the optimization target type.

Campaign Format

Select the campaign format.

Reactivate a Completed Campaign

Reactivates a completed campaign by its ID.

Completed Campaign ID Enter or select the ID of the completed campaign you want to reactivate.
Run Schedule End Enter when the run schedule should end. The campaign starting time cannot be changed. It must be the original starting time of the campaign. See the list of supported date examples.

Creative

Search for Creatives

Retrieves a list of creatives filtered by criteria.

Intended Statuses

Select the intended status of the creatives.

  • Active - Creative development is complete and the creative is available for review and can be served.

  • Archived - Creative development is complete, but creative should not be served and should be separated from non-archived creatives in any UI.

  • Canceled - The creative is permanently cancelled.

  • Draft - Creative development is incomplete and may still be edited.

  • Paused - Creative development is complete and the creative is current, but should temporarily not be served.

  • Pending Deletion - Denotes that the creative has been requested to be deleted that is currently pending.

  • Removed - Denotes that the creative was deleted, but must remain fetchable due to the existence of performance data.

Is Test Account

Search for creatives under a test account, return creatives under both test and non-test account if not specified.

Retrieves the details of an creative by its URN.
