Everhour¶
The Everhour modules allow you to monitor, create, update, send, retrieve, and list the clients, projects, tasks, timer, time records, and sections in your Everhour account.
Getting Started with Everhour¶
Prerequisites
- An Everhour account - create an account at everhour.com/signup.
Connecting Everhour to Ibexa Connect¶
To connect your Everhour account to Ibexa Connect you need to obtain the API Key from your Everhour account and insert it in the Create a connection dialog in the Ibexa Connect module.
1. Log in to your Everhour account.
2. Click Your Profile Icon > My Profile. Copy the Access Token to your clipboard.
3. Log in to your Ibexa Connect account, add a module from the Everhour app into an Ibexa Connect scenario.
4. Click Add next to the Connection field.
5. In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
6. In the API Key field, enter the API key copied in step 3, and click Continue.
The connection has been established.
Clients¶

Ibexa Connect automatically creates a webhook in Everhour once you add an instant trigger to your scenario.
Watch New Clients¶
Triggers when new clients have been created.
Webhook Name | Enter a name for the webhook. |
Search New Clients¶
Search for a list of clients.
Query | Enter a keyword or phrase to search the clients that match the specified query. |
Limit | Set the maximum number of new clients Ibexa Connect should return during one execution cycle. |
Get a Client¶
Retrieves a client.
Client ID | Select or map the Client ID whose details you want to retrieve. |
Create a Client¶
Creates a new client.
Name | Enter (map) a name for the project. |
Projects | Select or map the projects that you want to associate with the client. |
Business Details | Enter (map) the details of the client. |
Update a Client¶
Updates a client.
Name | Enter (map) a name for the project. |
Projects | Select or map the projects that you want to associate with the client. |

Delete a Client Budget¶
Deletes a client budget.
Client ID | Select or map the Client ID whose budget you want to delete. |

Webhook Name | Enter a name for the webhook. |
Search Projects¶
Searches for certain projects.
Query | Enter a keyword or phrase to search the projects that match the specified query. |
Platform | Select or map the project platform. For example, Asana. |
Limit | Set the maximum number of projects Ibexa Connect should return during one execution cycle. |
