Botsify

Getting Started with Botsify

The Botsify modules allow you to monitor new leads, form submissions, new subscribers from Facebook, or create a story in your Botsify account.

Prerequisites

  • A Botsify account

In order to use Botsify with Ibexa Connect, it is necessary to have a Botsify account. If you do not have one, you can create a Botsify account at botsify.com/register

Note

The module dialog fields that are displayed in bold (in the Ibexa Connect scenario, not in this documentation article) are mandatory!

Connecting Botsify to Ibexa Connect

To connect your Botsify account to Ibexa Connect you need to get the API Key from your Botsify account and insert it in the Ibexa Connect Botsify module.

  1. Log in to your Botsify account.

  2. Open the Settings page.

  3. Go to the API Key section and copy the provided API Key.

  4. Open Ibexa Connect and the Botsify module's Create a connection dialog.

  5. Enter the API Key you have retrieved in the steps above to the respective field.

  6. Click on the Continue button.

  7. The connection is now established and you can begin setting up the module.
