Sort clause for sorting payment methods by enabled status.

The following example split all payment methods in two groups, the enabled and the disabled:

$query = new PaymentMethodQuery();
$query->addSortClause(new Enabled());

$paymentMethods = $paymentMethodService->findPaymentMethods($query);
