Sort clause for sorting action configurations by enabled status.
The following example split all action configurations in two groups, the enabled and the disabled:
$query = new ActionConfigurationQuery();
$query->addSortClause(new Enabled());
$actionConfigurations = $actionConfigurationService->findActionConfigurations($query);
